This mailing list is powered by Yahoo Groups. Once you supply your e-mail address and click on Join you should get a response advising that a confirmation e-mail has been sent to you. When you receive the confirmation e-mail you should find it offers two choices - the simplest thing to do is to take the second option and just click on"reply" and then "send" in your email program.

If instead you follow the first option then you will be taken to a Yahoo Groups web page which invites you to join the group. If you don't have a Yahoo Id. then you will need to create one. If you don't want to go to that trouble then you can select the link at the bottom of the web page which says "As an alternate option, you may join the mailing list instead".
